NFL Power Rankings Week 7 - Around the Web

NFL Power Rankings Week 7: in this article we look at the other publishers. Our own top five has Buffalo at the top. Who agrees?

In this article, we're taking a look at what other publishers think about who should be ranked where in the NFL after Week 6 and heading into Week 7. We already published our own power rankings on Sunday. The Monday night result did not change them. We have Buffalo as the top team, a ranking that others agree with.

ESPN's NFL Power Rankings for Week 7

  1. Buffalo Bills
  2. Philadelphia Eagles
  3. Kansas City Chiefs
  4. Minnesota Vikings
  5. New York Giants

These are the same top-five teams that we have, however, our ordering is only slightly different: ESPN's rankings.

CBS's NFL Power Rankings for Week 7

  1. Philadelphia Eagles
  2. Buffalo Bills
  3. Minnesota Vikings
  4. Kansas City Chiefs
  5. New York Giants

The Philadelphia Eagles as the No. 1 team? CBS is guilty of only looking at the records. Who has Philly beaten besides Minnesota? The Eagles have enjoyed a soft schedule this season

NFL.com's Power Rankings for Week 7

  1. Buffalo Bills
  2. Philadelphia Eagles
  3. Kansas City Chiefs
  4. Minnesota Vikings
  5. Cincinnati Bengals

Cincinnati at 3-3 but with no good wins on the season? Dan Hanzus had some explaining to do with putting the Bengals at No. 5. However, he fell short of that. We have Cincinnati at No. 9 at this point in the season.

What's coming up?

The Buffalo Bills have a bye week before a showdown with the Green Bay Packers in Week 8. The Philadelphia Eagles also have a bye week before facing the Pittsburgh Steelers. It seems that the top-two teams will likely stay where they are for lack of a chance to lose.

Looking ahead to Week 7, there are no huge showdowns coming up between top teams. Last week, we had the Chiefs vs Bills to look forward to and the Cowboys vs Eagles. In Week 7, there is a game involving the Chiefs vs 49ers, however, San Francisco isn't an elite team at the moment.
