After losing Game 1, the Phoenix Suns want to tie the series, but will have to beat the #1 seed on the road
Continuing with our coverage of the NBA Playoffs, let’s take a look at the second game of the night. The Denver Nuggets host the Phoenix Suns in Game 2 looking to double their advantage after winning Game 1 last Saturday.
After finishing the regular season with the #1 seed in the West, the Nuggets continue not being taken seriously in the NBA world. The Phoenix Suns were considered the favourites to win the conference and Kevin Durant was even questioned about an “unexpected loss” in Game 1.
But the fact is they have one of the MVP favourites, they had the best record in the West and are playing with the advantage, trying to double it tonight at home. Meanwhile, the Suns, who finished with the #4 seed in the regular season, hope to break the home advantage from the opponents and even the series.
The Denver Nuggets don’t have any new injuries for this game. Their only player out is Collin Gillespie, who has been out for a while now with a leg injury. Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns don’t have anyone listed in the injury report and have everyone available for the game.
Playing at home and living a great moment, the Denver Nuggets are the favourites tonight, by 4 points. The over/under is set at 229 points, which is fair considering the 232 points in Game 1. Check out all predictions for tonight’s game.
