Every year, NFL fans around the world look up to Thanksgiving week. With lots of games on unusual dates and times, it is more football for football fans. And this year’s Thanksgiving NFL week ends tonight, on Cyber Monday, with the Monday Night Football. The Chicago Bears and the Minnesota Vikings are closing Week 12 on MNF.
The Minnesota Vikings are hosting the game tonight against their divisional rivals of the NFC North. And they are still dreaming of clinching the division, especially after the Lions lost (again) on Thanksgiving last Thursday. And Joshua Dobbs wants to bounce back after a painful loss last SNF vs. the Broncos.
On the other hand, the Chicago Bears are visiting their rivals with no dreams anymore. With a 3-8 record, their only slight chance of dreaming of anything is winning all their six remaining games and going to a 9-8 record. But let’s be real, that’s not happening. So the only thing they have left to fight tonight is being a problem to their rivals.
This is the second matchup between those teams this season. In Week 6, Minnesota won their second game of the season, beating Bears backup QB Tyson Bagent. For today, the Vikings are playing with their backup QB Joshua Dobbs, while Justin Fields is back to Chicago.
