Casper Ruud will face Hubert Hurkacz at the 2024 ATP Monte-Carlo tennis tournament in an upcoming match. Hurkacz could be a tired player in this match as he has been very active on the ATP Tour lately. His match against Ruud will be a round-of-sixteen match in the draw at the 2024 Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters in Monaco. Ruud, who is known for strong clay-court results, is priced at -225 (bet365) on the moneyline. My Ruud vs Hurkacz focuses on a +550 betting line that involves Ruud winning after some early struggles.

Ruud had a bye through the first round. In the round of 32, he beat Alejandro Tabilo in straight sets 6-2, 6-4. Ruud posted good stats on his serve, going 7-2 on aces to double faults. Seven aces is a good total for a match that had just 18 games.

Ruud vs Hurkacz Prediction: Ruud-prop +550

Hurkacz has to be a tired player at this point. Estoril was a short draw for him, with just the four matches to the title. However, he has had two tough matches to start the week in Monaco. Meanwhile, Ruud went out in the semifinals last week in Estoril. This week in Monaco, the Norwegian had a first-round bye. Also, his win over Tabilo was pretty efficient. If relative fatigue is a factor in this match, then it will in Ruud's favor.

I can't say I like Ruud that much at -225 for this match (bet365). Instead, I recommend dabbling on Ruud to win from behind at +550 (bet365). I think Hurkacz might have some energy early in the match but that it will fade.
