Another Week in the NFL is ahead of us. Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys are opening Week 13 on TNF. Both teams are back to action exactly one week after Thanksgiving, last Thursday, when both teams played. Dallas beat Washington while Seattle lost to San Francisco.
Playing at home, the Dallas Cowboys are the big favorites for this game. They have an 8-3 record and only are not leading their division because they play with the Philadelphia Eagles. Their record would make them lead (tied or not) six of the other seven divisions in the league.
Meanwhile, the Seattle Seahawks are also second in their division. With a 6-5 record, they are behind the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC West, trying to clinch at least a Wild Card spot. But they have to overcome a bad sequence of two straight losses while playing on the road.
This should be one of the good primetime games of the season. If Geno Smith is on an inspired night, we even believe in a great game. Dallas’ offense should be able to put up points on the board. Seattle’s offense, on the other hand, needs their quarterback to play better.
