My recommendation is to take Medvedev to win this match at -275 (bet365). Tsitsipas did serve well in the last match but Medvedev's return game looms large in this match. In the last round, he faced a big service game from Khachanov but Medvedev earned six break-point opportunities. When it comes to backing Tsitsipas at this point, you would be looking for at least +450 against the top players and that's not available.
