Two more weeks. That’s how much is left in the NBA regular season. After that, the playoffs start with the play-in tournament, on April 11th. So far we have six teams already there and we have 14 more to go. Tonight, the league continues with an eight-game slate with great attractions such as Embiid vs. Jokić. After the games on the weekend, it is time for the NBA Monday preview, brought to you by ThePicks.
Opening our NBA Monday preview we have the best team in the league, the Milwaukee Bucks, visiting the worst team in the league, the Detroit Pistons. Nothing else needs to be said here. The home team lost their last five games while the visitors are coming from a loss and want to go back to the W column. The favourites are, obviously, the Bucks, by 16.5 points.
Probably the best matchup of the night has also an MVP battle. Embiid and Jokić will face each other for the win and for the individual prize. Their teams are already in the playoffs and there is not much else left for them to fight for. The home team is the favourite, by 4.5 points.
Wrapping up our preview we have the Sacramento Kings hosting the Timberwolves as they try to clinch a playoff spot. A victory tonight should be enough for that. Meanwhile, the visitors want to keep the momentum after three wins in a row but are the underdogs tonight, by 4 points.
Check out the odds and predictions for the other five games of the night.
