With only six games on today’s slate we have #2 seeds in both conferences playing for a spot in the playoffs
After 24 games in the weekend, the NBA continues tonight with another six matchups. We will have both conferences’ #2 seed playing and the playoff implications for today’s slate can determine more teams clinching their spots. It’s time for the NBA Monday preview, with odds and predictions for the matches.
Starting off our NBA Monday preview we have East #2, the Philadelphia 76ers, hosting the Chicago Bulls trying to clinch a playoff spot. Also, they are trying to get their ninth win in a row. If they win, they are in, and because of that, they are favourites by 8.5 points in the game.
The second game of the list is the Memphis Grizzlies, West’s #3 seed, hosting the Dallas Mavericks. While the home team needs the victory to get closer to the playoffs, the visitors want to avoid the play-in tournament. Both teams come from two straight wins but the Grizzlies are favourites by 4.5 points to get the third victory.
To wrap up our preview we have West’s #2 visiting the Utah Jazz. The Sacramento Kings won their last three games and need the fourth to stay in second and keep chasing the Nuggets for the #1 seed. Oh, and also get closer to their playoff spot. The Kings are favourites by 6.5 points.
