Jaguars vs Lions injury report for NFL Week 13. The Jacksonville Jaguars have a short list of injuries as they look for a win in Detroit.
The Jacksonville Jaguars and the Detroit Lions will meet on Sunday in Week 13. Each team enters the game with a 4-7 record and will barely be clinging to playoff hopes.
Both teams updated their injury report after practice on Friday. Jacksonville looks like they are in better shape for the game, one that is a pure coin toss with Unibet sportsbook (ie. each team is at -110 on the moneyline).
The Detroit Lions listed nine players on their half of the report. They included Frank Ragnow, Detroit’s center who has rarely not been on the weekly report. Ragnow continues to nurse a foot injury and he was limited in practice on both Wednesday and Thursday of this week. However, on Friday he was a full participant in practice. There were only two players that Detroit listed as out for Week 13 on their injury report, those being Evan Brown (guard) and Julian Okwara (OLB).
The Jacksonville Jaguars are in much better shape heading into the game. Last week, the Jags had no injuries to report, and this week they listed just four players. Running back Travis Etienne is on the report, a player with 728 rushing yards this season. But their Week 13 outlook is otherwise pretty favorable.
The Jags should be a confident team in Detroit on Sunday. Jacksonville might also be feeling some confidence after defeating the Baltimore Ravens last week. In a memorable sequence, Jacksonville made a last-minute drive and a two-point conversion to take the lead over Baltimore.
