Falcons vs Bengals injury report - Friday Week 7

Falcons vs Bengals injury report NFL Week 7. There aren't a lot of key injuries in this game. Bettors will want to watch the Chase situation.

The Atlanta Falcons and the Cincinnati Bengals will meet on Sunday in Week 7 as part of the early set of games. The Falcons are set as +6.5 underdogs in the game with bet365 sportsbook as of Friday.

Both teams updated their injury report after practice on Friday. After reviewing the report, injuries don't appear to be a big part of previewing this game. There was a situation to monitor with Ja'Marr Chase, however, the wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals has been upgraded. He was limited on Thursday but was a full participant in Friday's practice.

Atlanta's injury report after Friday - Week 7

Atlanta listed seven players on their injury report this week. However, as of Friday after practice, five of the seven were listed as full participants in practice. The Falcons appear to be in very reasonable shape heading into the contest. They are our pick to cover the spread in the game.

Defensive back Dee Alford and wide receiver Jared Hernhardt were each DNP for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (ie. did not participate). However, these are not key players and their questionable play status for Week 7 was expected.

Cincinnati's injury report after Thursday

The Cincinnati Bengals listed 10 players on their side of the injury report. The ones to watch were Tee Higgins and Ja'Marr Chase. These are the top two receivers on the team and the entire complexion of the Bengals' offense would change if they were both absent.

Higgins improved from limited on Wednesday to a full participant on Thursday so he is expected to play. Chase was questionable for Week 7 and he was limited for both practices on Wednesday and Thursday. The Friday injury report upgraded him to a full participant in practice. Accordingly, Chase has been upgraded to "Active" for Sunday.
