Domantas Sabonis missed the game with a thumb injury. He’s one of the best players in the NBA and if this turns into something serious, Sacramento’s bid to end its lengthy playoff drought will take a big hit. They do not have anyone on the bench that can replace what he contributes and NBA bettors should be paying close attention to this injury. For now, all bets are off with Sacramento.

Meanwhile, the Nuggets improved to 22-11 with the 7-point victory. They are now the first-place team in the Western Conference. The top scorer in the game was Michael Porter Jr., a player who has missed some games this season. He had an impressive 30 points in the contest and if the Nuggets can get him going consistently, then they will be very difficult to contend with.
