With the loss, the Bucks are now 22-11 on the season. The top scorer in the game was Giannis Antetokounmpo. He had a very impressive 45 points in the game and 14 rebounds for a double-double in a losing effort.

The Bucks remain the top team in the Eastern Conference standings, a half-game up on the Boston Celtics. The standings are getting very tight right now with Milwaukee, Boston, Brooklyn, and Cleveland all within 2.5 games of one another.

Meanwhile, the Cavaliers improved to 22-9 with the 8-point victory. The team has a five-game winning streak active and they are among the best teams in the NBA from home. Following their victory, the Cavs are 16-2 when hosting this season. With a win over Milwaukee, the No. 1 team in our recent NBA power rankings, Cleveland will be tough to oppose on the moneyline at home without really long odds.
