Cavaliers tie the series

After losing the first game, Cleveland took advantage of a terrible NY’s performance to even the matchup

The matchup between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the New York Knicks is the first in the NBA Playoffs to be even. That’s because the Cavaliers beat the Knicks 107-90 last night to tie the series 1-1. And guess what? Yes, this was another game with a lot fewer points than expected.

After losing Game 1, the Cavaliers had the help of their fans to win Game 2 and tie the series. And the help made the game look easy, especially after the home team went back to the locker room leading by 20 points, with a 59-39 score. The visitors tried to do something different and better in the second half but it was too late.

Now the Knicks will have two games in New York and will rely on the home factor to try to open a 3-1 lead before going back to Cleveland. On the other side, the Cavs want to break this advantage and close the series at home when they come back to the city in Game 5.
