NBA

Tonight we will meet the last two teams that qualified for the playoffs in the NBA. That’s because on this Friday (14), four teams battle for the last two spots available, one in each conference. And to kick off the night, the Chicago Bulls and the Miami Heat fight for the last spot in the East.

The Miami Heat finished the regular season with the #7 seed in the conference, but they lost their first Play-In game versus the Atlanta Hawks. Because of that, they are now facing the Chicago Bulls in the last game of the season for one of these teams. Even though Miami was the #7 seed, if they qualify tonight they will be the #8 seed.

On the other side, the Chicago Bulls have nothing to lose. After finishing the regular season with the #10 seed, they are and will be for the rest of the season considered the underdogs. In the first game of the Play-In, Chicago travelled to Toronto and knocked out the Raptors. Will they do it again?

Whoever wins tonight will get the #8 seed in the East and will face the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the playoffs. The series starts on Sunday (16), and the game is scheduled for 5:30 PM (ET). And before we see the bets for tonight’s matchup, check out the injury report for this game.

Bets

As we mentioned, the Chicago Bulls are the underdogs for this game. The Miami Heat are favoured by 5.5 points. Meanwhile, the over/under is way too low, at 209 points. The Miami Heat is the lowest-scoring team in the league, with an average of 109.5 points per game. The Chicago Bulls also have a low average, with 113.1 points per game.

On the player props lines, we don’t have much value. Or the odds are extremely high thus improbable to happen or the lines are way higher than the players’ averages. One good line though is Max Strus’s assists. If he has over 1.5 assists, the odds are 1.86. This stat happened in four of the last five games. Check some of the predictions for today (the last one will be just for fun with a high and improbable odd).

  • MIA Heat -5.5 (1.90)
  • Over 209.0 points (1.90)
  • Max Stus over 1.5 assists (1.86)
  • Nikola Vučević has a double-double (1.64)
  • Bam Adebayo doesn’t have a double-double (1.76)
  • Nikola Vučević over 26.5 points and rebounds combined (1.86)
  • CHI Bulls over 101.5 points (1.86)
  • Zach LaVine has a double-double (17.50)
