76ers win without Embiid

Playing on the road and missing their major star, Philadelphia managed to somehow start the series with a W

The third series in the Conference Semifinals to start and the second in the East to have the visitors winning Game 1. Against all probabilities and predictions, the 76ers managed to win the game versus the Celtics, in Boston, by 119-115, playing without Joel Embiid, who sat out with a knee injury.

Without one of their stars, Philadelphia relied on the other one to get the W. James Harden had an amazing night and helped the 76ers to secure the victory. Among his 45 points in the game, he had a three-pointer in the last seconds of the match that gave the lead to the winners.

And other than that, even though the 76ers were trailing in the scoreboard most of the time, they won three of the four quarters in the game. The Celtics didn’t have a bad game, bud they did have a bad finish. Jayson Tatum, as usual, had an amazing game but couldn’t avoid the loss. The teams play in Game 2 tomorrow, once again in Boston.
