76ers want second win in series

After beating the Nets in the first game, Philadelphia wants the 2-0 while Brooklyn tries to tie in 1-1

The NBA Playoffs started during the weekend. While every team has already played their Game 1, the series resume tonight with two matchups. In the first one, the Philadelphia 76ers want the second win in the series after beating the Brooklyn Nets 121-101 in the first game.

And while the 76ers try to open a 2-0 lead in the series, the Brooklyn Nets are trying to keep their hopes alive with a win tonight to tie the matchup. In order to achieve that, the Nets need to win playing again as the visitors. If they lose tonight, they will have to make a hell of an advantage playing Games 3 and 4 at home to try the comeback.

In the first game, last Saturday, the 76ers were dominant, winning all four quarters of the game. Joel Embiid and James Harden combined for 49 points, 9 rebounds and 16 assists. Meanwhile, Mikal Bridges was the game’s top scorer with 30 points.

Injury Report

The Philadelphia 76ers don’t have any problems for the game tonight as all players are healthy and able to play. On the Nets’ side, Ben Simmons is out of the season since the end of March with a back and knee injury. Although it is not recent, it is an important loss for the team.

Bets

As expected, and based on the last game, the Philadelphia 76ers are extremely favourites for tonight’s game, with a 10-point spread. The over/under is at 213 points, which is a little low considering how was the last game.

On the player props lines, we have some good opportunities. James Harden for instance has an interesting line of over 30.5 points and assists combined, paying an odd of 1.86. Another opportunity is with Nic Claxton. He has 28 double-doubles this season and the odds for another one tonight are 2.80. Check out our predictions for tonight (as always, the last one is for fun, with high odds).
