Overwatch League is one of the most ambitious projects in esports legitimisation. In order to ensure proper benefits for players and teams, the OWL has drafted several contracts which protect the causes of the concerned parties. SideSHow believes that the Overwatch League is a long term project, one which will help all the players and teams.

In an interview with EsportsHeaven, Sideshow mentions what he thinks about the upcoming Overwatch League. While there might be hiccups in Season 1 of the OWL, there will definitely be a long term vision and planning for the league.
