RFRSH has been making strides in the esports industry. After being closely associated with three of the top teams in esports, RFRSh recently closed a $15 million funding round. The funding round was supported by the likes of Axiomatic.
The rules by WESA state that :
Different teams competing in the ESL Pro League – currently the only WESA sanctioned tournament – cannot be completely or partially owned or controlled by the same organisations.
Since RFRSH multi team ownership preceded the rule change by WESA, RFRSH will be given a 18 month grace period during which they have to rectify their ownership titles
RFRSH entertainment statement :
