A few days ago, we reported that MLB might be considering suing Blizzard over the Overwatch League logo. The similarities between the two logos, though far fetched seemed enough to warrant a lawsuit.

However it seems after legal considerations and talks, MLB have decided to not go ahead with the lawsuit. With this decision, there should not be any obstruction to the proceedings of the Overwatch league itself.
