The former VGJ.Storm squad will be playing under a new organisation for the current DPC Season. The team will be playing under a totally new organisation to esports, Forward Gaming. Considering how successful the roster is, this is actually quite a big pickup for an organisation with no prior history in esports.
Forward Gaming ha no experience in esports. This is not only their first foray into Dota 2, it is their first entry into esports. The organisation is based out of New York and will be looking to expand very soon.
The announcement came via their social media outlets.

The North American squad has already received an invitation to the Kuala Lumpur Major qualifiers. A recent addition to this team is Sahil Arora [ Universe]. - Yawar “YawaR” Hassan
- Saahil “UNiVeRsE” Arora

Team Mineski has received an invitation to participate in the ESL One Hamburg. They join other teams like Virtus Pro, Evil genius and Team Secret who have already been invited to this tournament.
The tournament will be held from 23rd to 28th October 2018. It features a prize pool of $300,000 along with 12 of the best teams in attendance. Unfortunately, unlike last season, ESL One Hamburg will not be a part of the DPC Season 2018-19.
For the second time in a row, Hamburg will be greeting players, talent and fans from all over the world for an entire weekend of Dota 2 action from October 26th – 28th at ESL One Hamburg 2018!

Mineski has had a very disappointing performance last season. They were able to only finish 9-12th despite much higher expectations from the team. They will be looking to improve their performance this season and emerge as the best SeA Dota 2 team again.
