The Overwatch scene is abuzz with roster movements, player trades as well as innumerable leaks. Every week we are witnessing players move from one team to another or new players being signed up by the franchises.
Los Angeles Valiant bid goodbye to three members.
The Noah Whinston owned Los Angeles Valiant was one of teh strongest teams in Season 1. They had a great showing and were the stronger LA team in the early part of the season. But as with every other OWL team, the new roster for Season 2 might be dramatically different than that of Season 1.

Los Angeles Valiant have bid farewell to So0n, Baemon and Gunba. Terence “Soon” Tarlier and Julien “Daemon” Ducros have been traded to another Overwatch League franchise. The Valiant has refrained from revealing the name of their new home till now.
Soon has been instrumental to the Los Angeles’ playstyle in Season 1. His legendary back cap on Numbani is still one of the highlights for Season 1.
Soon, Coach Daemon and Coach Gunba provided key contributions to the Pacific Division champion LA Valiant in the inaugural season of the Overwatch League. We wish all three the best as they compete under the banner of their home countries in the World Cup and beyond.

Boston Uprising sign Gumba
Almost immediately post Valiant’s announcement of Gunba’s departure, the Boston Uprising have been quick to sign him up. He will join the team in the capacity of an assistant coach. He has been instrumental in directing the DPC centric gameplay for Los Angeles Valiant.
We are excited to add Gunba to our coaching staff. He adds great experience at both the Overwatch League and international level. As a team that introduced and prides itself on being ‘coachable’, we look forward to having him as a part of the Uprising.”
