Lil’s new Dota 2 team: Peach Bay.

Former Virtus Pro member, Ilya “Lil” Ilyuk has teamed up with Garter to form a new team called ‘Peach Bay’. The team has several upcoming players who have been around on multiple teams in the past. However, as we have seen in the past, the most obvious names don’t always make the strongest team. The amount of talent in Dota 2 is really big and the correct combination of players can often lead to a championship team.

The most easily recognizable names in this lineup are LiL and Garter. Between these two they bring a lot of experience to the team. This will be extremely useful especially once they start qualifying for LAN events. The mixture of the remaining European players needs to find the right synergy and playstyle to survive in the cutthroat Dota 2 market.

Matthew steps down from Infamous few days before Dreamleague Minor.

South American team, Infamous has announced that its support player Farith “Matthew” Puente will be stepping down from the roster. Due to unavoidable personal circumstances, Matthew will not be attending the first minor of the DPC season with Infamous.

Matthew has been on and off the team since 2017. He helped Infamous qualify to The International 2017. This year, he rejoined the team and helped them to qualify for Dreamleague Season 10 minor.

Today with much regret, we have to announce that Farith “Matthew” Puente will not play with us for a while. He has decided to pause to resolve some personal issues, and we as his team and friends have understood.

Do not forget that Farith is an incredible player and a great person. For this reason, we ask that you respect the privacy of the player as well as do not stop supporting him.

Finally, we will announce the player who will be Matthew’s standing, in due course.

Infamous will next attend Dreamleague Season 10 but they are yet to announce their fifth player. The first Minor of the DPC season will take place at Stockholm starting on the 29th of October.
