Immortals and Optic Gaming recently faced off in the finals of the AMD Sapphire Dota PIT League : NA Qualifier. The tournament saw Immortals and Optic gaming reach the finals. Optic Gaming soared through the upper bracket after defeating several teams. They even defeated Immortals in the semifinals in order to win through to the finals.

However upon reaching the finals, they faced one big problem. The team saw Immortals receive the side picks on three of the five maps in the finals. Coming from the lower bracket, Immortals suddenly found themselves in an advantageous position. This definitely does not look good for the team and the tournament organisers in total.
