Optic Gaming has recently come under a lot of flak from the CSGO community. But taking their side, CSGO professional player, Hazed confirms that the organization paid him even on instances when he was just a stand-in for the team.. In such a case, the team does not require to pay him anything and are definitely not contractually obligated to do the same.
Giving an update on the @OpTicGaming payment situation. They paid me for the tournaments i went to as a stand in even though they werent contractually obligated. They caught a lot of flak over this earlier in the year but they honored their word. I couldnt be more thankful.
