Gfinity is reported to be in talks with CEVO to acquire them for $2.7 million. This will be on the back of CEVO being extremely unsuccessful in handling out payments to their previous tournaments winners. CEVO has always resisted foreign funding in order to maintain their sovereignty and integrity. However that definitely cost them as they have been unable to hand out payments. At the same time CEVO has been a direct competitor to ESEA in the past.
