FaceIT has officially launched PUBG on its platform after a very successful closed beta. The closed beta which has been going on since August 2018 saw over 200,000 players sign up. PUBG on FaceIT is a great way for players to mark their progress through the leagues. It also provides them with a sense of achievement.
PUBG has consistently seen its player base remain on top of the Steam Charts for well over a year. While we saw its streak come to an end recently, it picked up where it left and is once again on top of the steam charts. For many industry analysts, the release of games like Blackout [ Call of Duty 4] speaks endangerment for PUBG. Blackout is very similar to that of PUBG.
Whilst we anticipated high levels of success with the closed beta, we were blown away by the positive feedback and the number of sign-ups.
