The eUnited CS: GO roster has been undergoing multiple changes over the course of the past few months. These changes have not yielded results for the team as they continued to have poor performances and tournament placements. They finished in the 5-6th place at Dreamhack Atlanta in 2018. More recently at the American Minor Championships, eUnited was unable to make an impact in the minor. They lost 0-2 to Team One and were eliminated from the Minor.

The organisation announced the signing of new players to their Counter-Strike team. The organistaion has signed the majority of the Swole Patrol roster.

This means that the current players in Mike “dapr” Gulino and Will “dazzLe” Loafman will not be renewing their contracts.

This has been a very difficult year for eUnited Counter-Strike. We are very proud of what we have accomplished and plan to improve upon our successes from 2018. With that being said our organization has identified that the best option for our team is a culture shift. I am deeply saddened to have to move on from Will and Mike. This past year with them has been incredible and I wish them both the best in their futures not only as players but as people who I have become friends with. However, I am very optimistic and excited for the potential with the new team and am excited for a complete reset for 2019.

Three players from Swole Patrol join the team.

Anthony “vanity” Malaspina, Victor “food” Wong and Edgar “MarkE” Jimenez will be joining the eUnited roster. They have helped the Swole Patrol roster achieve success and their performance is definitely rewarded. They will join the current players in fragger Kaleb “moose” Jayne and Austin “Cooper” Abadir on the team. Cooper will be the In-Game Leader for the roster.

The official blog post states that they will be practising for the upcoming ESL Pro League and ECS action. With the new roster, there is definitely an infusion of new talent and raw skill. We hope to see this team climb up the ladder when it comes to North American counter strike.

Hampus now a free agent.

Meanwhile, the Red reserve team is shutting down and players are leaving the organisation effective immediately. After Disco Doplan announced that he is a free agent, Hampus ‘Hampus’ Poser also announced the same via a tweet.
