TBS owned Eleague Studios will be returning in 2019 with a CS:GO event. The tournament organisers conducted the Boston Eleague Major almost a year ago. With their return to a new event in January, we can expect the top teams to be in participation. Eleague has shown considerable interest in organising and hosting esports events. While they primarily cover Counter Strike Global Offensive, they have also ventured into other titles such as Rocket League. With encouraging viewership numbers, we also see the teams in primetime during the finals.
Happy Holidays! 🎄

The organiser has not announced further details of their event, which we expect to come at a later date. However, as is with any Eleague event, we can be sure that the top teams will be in attendance at this event. This time around, we don’t expect Cloud9 to have a similar performance as they did during the Major. However, for North American fans, Team liquid might just be the ray of hope.
We will keep you updated with more news about this event. For now, the CS: GO scene is on a break and will resume with the CS: GO Minors in January 2019.
