Dust2 is one of the most iconic maps in CSGO. It has been the face of the esports title since inception. However with the years that have gone by, Dust2 has been in dire need of a rework. The Devs have been working hard at reworking Dust2 and bringing the map on par with the other developed maps in the Map pool.
Ran around on d2 between praccs today and I think that it is going to work great for competitive play. It didn't need too many changes imo!

Recently Valve announced that the reworked map would be available to play in a beta form. With all the professional player trying out the map and working out its viability to give feedback to Valve, Device has come out in open support of the map.
