Dennis finds it hilarious that teams who have tried and failed in the open qualifiers would eat up a spot for the invites to the Closed qualifiers. This relates to several teams such as Heroic, NaVI and Mousesports who lost their matches in the open qualifiers but then were invited to the closed qualifiers. These invites were for EPICENTER 2017, a very prestigious event in the CIS region. If these closed qualifiers would not have been handed out to these teams, Dennis’ team Godsent had a very good chance.
