Cloud9 are the only Europe based Overwatch league team. Considering the fact that there are only 12 teams in the Overwatch League it is definitely surprising to see only one team in the entirety of Europe.
However it seems Cloud9 are on for the kill and they have definitely started off on the right path for that. The koreans are the dominant team in the game and Cloud9′ acquisition of their roster is showing a significant investment.
