Team Spirit who faced off against the alleged cheaters yesterday had raised a ticket as soon as their match was over. But the admins gave them no response for upto two hours after the ticket was raised. Meanwhile other matches continued as normal. Ultimately CEVO decided to replay the brackets and that was just a huge waste of time. We hope CEVO does better at managing teams in the future.
