Afreeca Freecs has announced the addition of more firepower to their League of Legends Roter. They will add Seo “SSol” Jin-sol to the team. SSol is a former player for KongDoo Monster and he will join Afreeca Freecs for the 2019 season.
Afreeca Freecs was unable to inspire confidence in their previous lineup at the Worlds 2018. They fell 0-3 to Cloud9 in the semifinals, in what was one of the biggest surprises for the League of Legends community. Prior to the Worlds, Afreeca Freecs finished second and third at the LCK Spring and Summer playoffs.
Hello, this is Afreeca Freecs.
Our new player, AD Carry "Ssol" Seo jin sol, will be joining Afreeca Freecs today for this 2019 season.
Please cheer for us to get the best result ever for this 2019 season. Thank you.

For SSol, he will have to constantly prove himself on the Afreeca Freecs roster. He will compete with current Afreeca Freecs bot lane player Kim “Aiming” Ha-ram. The constant push from the team and his teammate will ensure that Ssol is able to put up a similar style of performance as he did in 2018. While his individual performance was enough to take notice, the same is not true for Kongdoo Monsters. The team finished 1-17 in the LCK Spring Season. They were eventually relegated to the Challengers Korea 2016 by MVP.
LCK’s Spring Split begins on January 16th, 2019. It will take place at the new League of Legends stadium LOL Park in Seoul.
